
"I started Fit at all times as I believe that anyone irrespective of previous sporting history, lifestyle or occupation can achieve results if they are fully committed to a healthy lifestyle and feeling great about themselves. Alongside my career, I found it hard to find time to dedicate to improving my personal fitness and lose weight. After gaining weight and feeling unhappy with my shape I decided to get a personal trainer.
After a few months I was losing 2lbs a week and enjoying the fun and varied routines my personal trainer offered me. I was so passionate about health and fitness I decided to train as a personal trainer.
