    Being an ex-professional dancer, I used to be in great shape and was toned and fit. However over the last year or so, I had put on quite a bit of weight. I joined a gym and wasn't planning on getting a personal trainer. I met Sarah and decided to commit to a course of 10 sessions as I felt I could work with her...30 sessions on and I am over a stone lighter, have 10cms less bulk around my waist and am 5% lower in body fat! My biceps have got bigger though which is a bonus. Overall I feel more confident in myself and am enjoying the diet that I now eat. I have learnt that it is possible to have everything in moderation and I now love stir fries!

    After losing a lot of weight I decided to join a gym and try to put on weight and build muscle. I met Sarah and decided to buy a course of 10 sessions. I managed to put on nearly 6kgs so was very happy! Our sessions were fun and varied and I built a good rapport with Sarah. She advised me on my diet and how to eat more food but in a healthy way. I had to ditch the doughnuts and add more chicken, nuts and yogurt to my diet – but Sarah made this easy and even fun to do. The other great thing about Sarah is that you can email her whenever you're out for a meal and ask her the calorie content in the meal and she will get back to you with the answer! I would recommend Sarah for her personable approach to personal training and I found it highly beneficial
