Welcome to Fit at all Times personal training!


If you have a realistic weight loss goal, are looking to improve your fitness levels, training for a particular sport or if you are just looking to improve your overall health and wellbeing - Fit at all times is the place for you! Sarah is a Level 3 certified personal trainer and holds an advanced boxing instructor qualification. Sarah is also qualified to train pre and postnatal clients as well as those with non specific lower back pain, as well as being qualified in kettle bell training.

 

Out of work, Sarah is a keen cyclist and has done many long distance cycling events. Sarah prides herself on being approachable and her ability to build a rapport with her clients.

 

Sarah really listens to your needs and ensures that you are happy and confident at all times!
